GoCyberNinja – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GoCyberNinja (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • Our website: https://www.gocyberninja.net (“Site”)

  • Our mobile applications published under the GoCyberNinja brand (“Apps”)

  • Our cybersecurity exam-prep and related educational services (“Services”)

By using the Site, Apps, or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

 

1. Use of the Site, Apps, and Services

You agree to use GoCyberNinja products only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Harass, harm, or infringe upon the rights of others

  • Damage, disable, or impair the Site, Apps, networks, or servers

  • Interfere with other users’ access or experience

You are strictly prohibited from attempting to:

  • Gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or systems

  • Bypass authentication mechanisms or technical protections

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract data or content

  • Modify, decompile, or create derivative works of the Apps or question banks

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

 

2. Exam-Prep Products (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, and Others)

2.1 Not Affiliated With Certification Bodies

GoCyberNinja is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by:

  • ISC2®

  • ISACA®

  • CompTIA®

  • EC-Council®

  • Any other certification authority

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2.2 Educational Purpose Only

All exam-prep content—including questions, flashcards, mock exams, analytics, and study materials—is provided solely to:

  • Support learning

  • Enhance exam readiness

  • Improve cybersecurity understanding

Our content must not be interpreted as official exam questions or a reflection of actual certification exam difficulty or structure.

2.3 No Guarantee of Passing

Your performance in the app does not guarantee your performance on any official certification examination.

2.4 Device Compatibility and Feature Availability

Feature availability may vary based on:

  • Device model

  • Operating system version

  • Subscription plan

  • Regional availability

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Question banks

  • Explanations and rationales

  • Text, graphics, UI, and app designs

  • Icons, logos, and trademarks

  • Software code and algorithms

  • Scenarios and analytical frameworks

is protected by copyright law and owned by GoCyberNinja or our licensors.

You MAY NOT:

  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display content

  • Extract or recreate question banks

  • Use our content to train AI models or datasets

  • Create derivative educational products without written permission

You MAY share public-facing links with proper attribution.

 

4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

4.1 Account Responsibility

If the Apps require account creation, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

  • Securing access to your device

4.2 Subscription Billing (Apple & Google)

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • Billing is handled exclusively by Apple or Google

  • Renewals are automatically processed unless canceled

  • Refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s refund policies

GoCyberNinja does not manage, modify, or override third-party billing cycles or refunds.

4.3 Auto-Renewal Disclosure (Required by Apple & Google)

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

  • Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

  • Google: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to:

GoCyberNinja cannot process refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google.

 

5. Educational, Technical, & Professional Disclaimer

The Site, Apps, and Services are educational tools only.

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Professional cybersecurity consulting

  • Incident-response guidance

  • Guaranteed outcomes on certification exams

While we strive for accuracy, cybersecurity evolves rapidly. Therefore, we do not guarantee that:

  • All content is error-free or complete

  • All exam domains or topics are fully covered

  • Content reflects recent changes to certification outlines

Use the information at your own discretion and risk.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCyberNinja is not liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Certification exam failures or related impacts

  • Device issues or data loss resulting from use of the Apps

  • Errors, delays, bugs, or service interruptions

Your use of the Site, Apps, and Services is at your own risk and provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

 

7. Third-Party Integrations and Links

Our Apps and Site may integrate or link to third-party services such as:

  • Firebase

  • Google Sign-In

  • Apple Sign-In

  • External educational resources

  • Affiliate links or advertisers

We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for:

  • Their accuracy

  • Their privacy practices

  • Their terms or policies

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

 

8. Privacy

Your use of our Site and Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:

  • The data we collect

  • How we use it

  • How third-party SDKs collect data

  • Your rights and choices

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, Apps, or Services if you:

Termination does not entitle you to refunds from Apple, Google, or GoCyberNinja.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will include a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Site or Apps after such changes constitutes acceptance.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

State of Pennsylvania, United States

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of:

Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
